Giving Thanks Always! I am in a constant state of gratitude, that is key to joy and thriving in life. When I experience dis-harmony in my body, I then question what's going on in my mind. I found out that "when I cry my lungs hurts less". Holding on to harsh feelings towards someone, or worrying about circumstances, the body will reflect those dis-harmonious thoughts with aches and pains. Let gratitude be your attitude and enjoy the best of life!

There are times when we must remember to breathe and to take a deep breath. In the difficult times it is important to remember that ALL things happen for a reason. I stand firm on "things happen for us and not to us", knowing this fact intuitively I am comforted.
